ABOUT US
The Adelaide Executive Assistant Influencers Network or AEAIN was Co-founded in 2023 and is co-chaired by Mel Rothe-Cox and Kathryn Emmett, two Adelaide-based EAs. This initiative addressed a gap for Adelaide based Administrative Professionals to connect.
AEAIN is a not for profit, non-funded networking group with our purpose to bring together talented administrative professionals to make a lasting impact on the Adelaide business landscape, with our values of Connect, Collaborate, Elevate and Influence supporting our drive to enhance this purpose. We love bringing people together and watching them connect and create a positive, welcoming environment for all.
Our community of administrative professionals are passionate about connecting, advancing our careers in the admin field, and positively influence workplaces. We firmly believe that by building this community, we can help each other achieve our goals and become vital contributors to our organisations.
WHAT WE DO
With a valuable membership of 210, AEAIN provides a platform for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Office Managers, and other administrative professionals to connect, network over coffee or lunch, attend events as well as explore various venues around Adelaide. Individuals aspiring to become EAs or those interested in the administrative profession are warmly invited to join the group and benefit from shared experiences and opportunities.

Our Beginnings
After experiencing incredible opportunities to connect with Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants interstate, we recognised a gap in Adelaide where administrative professionals come together regularly. With this in mind, we, Melanie RotheCox, Kathryn Emmett, and Trudy Robb—decided to create the Adelaide Executive Assistant Influencer Network (AEAIN).
